Timothy Daniels is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TIGER 21, the premier peer membership organization for high-net-worth wealth creators and preservers. Mr. Daniels is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial results of the organization, and the delivery of an unparalleled world-class TIGER 21 Member experience. Mr. Daniels has been successfully directing education and human development companies for more than 25 years, leveraging his strong leadership, technology-enabled innovation, and international capabilities.
Greg Wells

Greg Wells
Greg Wells is Chief Operating Officer of TIGER 21. Mr. Wells is responsible for the strategy, development, and leadership of TIGER 21’s field-based personnel, which includes Group Chairs and Membership Executives throughout the world. Having spent seven years at Vistage International as a member of the Executive Team and co-founding Sage Executive Group – a boutique high-end peer advisory organization in Southern California, Mr. Wells has extensive experience in leading and growing peer advisory organizations.
James Salmon
Chief Information Officer
James Salmon
James Salmon is the Chief Information Officer at TIGER 21. He is responsible for technical initiatives for the organization including enhancing Member experience through digital platforms, managing transformational change programs, and developing technology roadmaps.
Mr. Salmon is a senior IT Executive with International experience operating within Executive Boards. Prior to TIGER 21, he worked as the CIO for a nationwide homebuilder in the US, CIO for Europe at a global higher education company, and has held technology leadership positions at a number of UK based organizations.
Lisa Holladay

Lisa Holladay
Lisa Holladay is the Chief Experience Officer at TIGER 21. She is responsible for optimizing the Member experience. Ms. Holladay and her team curate an integrated portfolio of high-end Member programs.
Before TIGER 21, Ms. Holladay served as Vice President and Global Brand Leader for Marriott International’s top luxury brands, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, and the Reserve. Previously, Ms. Holladay was with Mercedes-Benz USA, where she held leadership roles in public relations, advertising, and branding for the Mercedes-Benz, AMG, and Maybach brands.
Marc Figueroa

Marc Figueroa
Marc Figueroa serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for TIGER 21. He and his team are responsible for building a world-class network of entrepreneurial wealth creators who seek to make their success more meaningful, impactful, and enduring.
Mr. Figueroa spent nearly a decade at Vistage Worldwide, where he served as a marketing and sales executive. With a 25-year track record of building brands and implementing effective marketing programs, he has served in senior roles at Robbins Research (Tony Robbins) and most recently at an international transportation and logistics firm.

Marian Stier
Marian Stier is Chief Administrative Officer of TIGER 21 where she is responsible for leading Systems and Technology, overseeing Risk, and Human Resources. Ms. Stier has deep experience with both Fortune 500 and venture-backed internet start-ups. Her expertise includes business process management, software implementation management, and complex project management. She has a reputation as a go-to person for challenging assignments, and is a seeker of constant improvement through innovation, transparency, and candor.
Michael Cooke

Michael Cooke
Michael Cooke is the Chief Financial Officer of TIGER 21, where he is responsible for all finance, accounting, treasury and tax matters. Mr. Cooke has spent his entire career in financial services and corporate finance, most often working with privately held B2B and B2C services organizations. Michael has extensive hands-on experience helping companies efficiently scale – as an advisor, investor, and executive.
Most recently, Mr. Cooke served as the CFO for ICS Complete, a national IT services company. Prior to that, Mr. Cooke spent 6 years in the events and hospitality industry. Mr. Cooke began his career in various investment banking and private equity roles.
Jonathan L. Kempner

Jonathan L. Kempner
Jonathan Kempner is President Emeritus of TIGER 21, having served as President from 2009 to 2016. His present focus is participating in the planning of TIGER 21’s Global Exchange events, and leading its partnership with Search for Common Ground on the college orientation program, First Year Connect. He is Scholar in Residence at Winthrop House at Harvard University and Counselor to the Harvard Law School Project on Disability, and was a 2019 Fellow in the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative.
Before joining TIGER 21, Mr. Kempner was President & CEO of the Mortgage Bankers Association and President of the National Multi Housing Council. He serves on the Board of Directors of various organizations.

Michael W. Sonnenfeldt is the Founder & Chairman of TIGER 21, the premier peer membership organization for high-net-worth wealth creators and preservers, and author of Think Bigger: And 39 Other Winning Strategies from Successful Entrepreneurs. He is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and political thought leader. Through his private investment company, MUUS & Company, he has holdings in alternative energy technologies. In 1980, he led the Harborside Financial Center transformation in New Jersey, the largest U.S. commercial renovation at the time.

Peter Campbell is a TIGER 21 Board Member and Managing Partner of Education Growth Partners with over 20 years of experience successfully investing in, and helping manage the scaling of high-growth education and human development firms, while also deepening the sense of mission and the quality of the offerings. Mr. Campbell’s investing mindset is informed by his knowledge of social entrepreneurship, by virtue of his 12 years serving on the Board of Trustees of the Echoing Green Foundation, offering seed funding to over 500 social entrepreneurs.

Brian Nairn is a TIGER 21 Board Member and Partner of Education Growth Partners with 20+ years of experience operating major companies in the education and information services industries. He has successfully managed several growth businesses, with particular expertise in managing technological change in content businesses, and driving the development of small growth companies. He was most recently the CEO of Elsevier Health, which he grew from $650 million to $1.6 billion in 7 years. Mr. Nairn serves on the Boards of HCI and American Chemical Society.

The firm has law offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston and specializes in the areas of estate planning and probate, asset protection planning, planning for closely-held businesses, tax planning, tax controversy, and charitable planning. The company has grown to be the largest group of estate planning attorneys in the state of Texas. Mr. Blum was chosen as one of the “Nation’s Top 100 Attorneys” by Worth magazine.

She is an entrepreneur who co-founded two companies: Paragren Technologies (now owned by Oracle), and comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in digital measurement and analytics. Ms. Abraham is an investor and/or advisor for a range of early stage technology companies, spanning educational technology, data/analytics, machine learning, cybersecurity, wearable technology, and transportation. She sits on several company Boards, including Site Centers (NYSE:SITC) and Upskill.
