Vaughn L. McKoy is Chair of New Jersey 01. He is an accomplished attorney, entrepreneur, author, mentor and leader. He combines his extraordinary background across the public and private sectors to provide strategic business and legal advice to a diverse group of clients. Often serving in the role of outside general counsel, McKoy guides clients on regulatory, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, and government affairs matters, as well as in general and commercial litigation. Well-known throughout New York and New Jersey for his leadership of corporations, communities and people, McKoy has earned a reputation as a business-savvy lawyer who is equally at home in the boardroom and in the trenches. He and his wife Marnie co-founded and manage two successful businesses (airport concessions and education consulting) and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
