  Kanu A. Gupta is the founder and managing partner of Beyond, a Singapore headquartered strategic advisory and investment firm for high growth businesses targeting South East Asia. Kanu is also co-founder and general partner of M12 Capital, an India focused hedge fund. Previous to Beyond, Kanu spent 10 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co and was on the founding team to launch Goldman in India. Kanu went on to serve as the Executive Director for Goldman Sachs Investment Partners (GSIP), a $7 billion multi-strategy hedge fund. Kanu is an epicure and the founder of Savor, a gourmet food experiences company that has done over 1,000 dinners and is the founding chef at The Secret Supper Project, a supper club where people come to dinner without knowing what is on the menu, where it is and who it is with. His interests include travel, food, all things Japanese, yoga, padel, cycling and heritage architecture. He regularly guest lectures at National University of Singapore and Kanu is also the chair for TIGER 21 in Singapore. He completed his MBA from INSEAD and his bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Singapore with his wife Aparna, their son, Elan, their daughter, Esme and rambunctious beagle, Maxiumus.

  William Koo is the Chair of Singapore 03. Born and bred in Singapore, William started his career in the public service working for the Singapore Economic Development Board. He then transitioned to a career in financial services, venture building, and venture capital investing since 2009. He now advises life sciences funds and companies in the longevity space. William is passionate about holistic sustainability and impact investing, and teaches these subjects at the Singapore Management University's School of Business. He also serves on the board of a local charity organization - the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped. William graduated from Stanford University with double Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics, and a Masters’ degree in Management Science and Engineering, as well as earned an Executive MBA degree from Peking University. In his free time, William likes to gym, swim and play pickle ball. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two teenage boys.

A dedicated member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) for over 15 years, Jiska has held key leadership roles across Singapore and Southeast Asia. She served on the Singapore ExCo and the Southeast Asia Regional Board, helping shape spouse engagement and leadership programs. Jiska is equally passionate about holistic well-being. A strong advocate for mental health, she has shared insights on emotional well-being across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, focusing on awareness and prevention. She also organized a regional YPO wellness event to promote holistic approaches to leadership and self-care. Combining business acumen with a deep commitment to personal growth, Jiska is a recognized thought leader who inspires others to pursue a balanced path in leadership, business, and life.
