Job Title: Senior Vice President, Field Operations – North America East

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Remote – US based. Eastern region (NYC, Miami, DC or other major hub) preferred. Occasional travel required (<20%)
Salary Range: $225,000 – $250,000 annually plus bonus eligibility
POSITION SUMMARY:
TIGER 21 seeks an exceptional, high‑EQ executive to serve as Senior Vice President of Field Operations for North America East. This individual will oversee Chairs, Groups, and Member experience across the Eastern U.S. and Canada, working in close collaboration with the COO, CEO, and peers in North America West and International regions. This senior leadership role ensures that every Chair, Group, and Member experiences the integrity and excellence that define the TIGER 21 brand.
The ideal candidate combines strategic capability, operational rigor, and business acumen with the ability to lead through influence, empathy, and trust. This person is both relational and results‑driven—capable of inspiring Chairs, driving accountability, and aligning cross‑functional teams to achieve excellence at scale.
The SVP partners across TIGER 21’s Centers of Excellence—Chair Recruiting, New Group Development, Member Development, and Operations—to ensure alignment, leverage resources, and deliver an exceptional experience across the community.

Chair & Group Leadership
- Serve as a trusted partner, coach, and strategic advisor to a portfolio of TIGER 21 Chairs across the Eastern region.
- Strengthen Chair capability and Group performance through mentoring, accountability, and shared best practices.
- Foster deep, meaningful relationships, earning the trust and respect of Chairs and Members alike.
- Champion the Member experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the TIGER 21 brand promise.
Regional Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute the Eastern regional plan focused on retention, growth, and long‑term regional health, in collaboration with the COO and other senior leaders.
- Identify and strengthen key growth and profitability drivers across the region to ensure long‑term sustainability and performance.
- Use data and insights to proactively address retention risks and ensure high‑quality outcomes for Chairs and Members.
- Build alignment across Chairs and regions to foster collaboration and shared learning.
- Work closely with leaders of TIGER 21’s Centers of Excellence to coordinate resources across recruiting, development, and operations.
Operational Excellence
- Partner with headquarters to ensure systems, tools, and processes empower Chairs and Groups to thrive.
- Monitor performance data to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion consistency and quality across all aspects of Group operations and Member engagement.
- Develop, share, and implement best practices across the region and the broader TIGER 21 community to promote consistency, learning, and scalable excellence.
- Contribute to organizational playbooks, policies, and operating frameworks that enable scalable excellence.
Leadership & Culture

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of executive leadership in field operations, general management, or network‑based organizations.
- Proven success leading distributed teams and driving performance through collaboration and influence.
- Track record of driving retention, growth, and regional health through relationship‑centered leadership.
- Experience in high‑touch, relationship‑driven environments (e.g., peer group organizations, professional services, consulting, education, luxury brands, family office environments).
- Familiarity with member networks, peer organizations, or entrepreneurial communities.
TECHNOLOGY:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
