T. Boone Pickens

Prior to founding BP Capital, Mr. Pickens was CEO of Mesa Petroleum. Over a period of 40 years, Mesa became a leading independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. He retired from active management of Mesa in 1996. In 1997, Mr. Pickens founded BP Capital. He currently serves as a Director of EXCO Resources, Inc. He received a degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University.
