Elizabeth Ledoux is Chair of Denver 03 and 05. As the founder and CEO of The Transition Strategists LLCs, her mission is to help HNW individuals and business owners create transition strategies that position themselves, their successors, employees, families, and communities to thrive. For 30+ years, Ledoux has helped owners of private and family businesses and enterprises reach their transition goals without sacrificing their important relationships. Ledoux is a graduate of The Colorado School of Mines and is a former longtime Chair of the Denver and Calgary chapters of the Women Presidents Organization. She is also the co-author of It’s A Journey: The MUST-HAVE Roadmap to Successful Succession Planning. She’s an avid golfer, skier, and fifth-generation Coloradan. -

Doug Johnson chairs three TIGER 21 groups in Denver. Husband to Jennifer, father to Jake and Dane and stepfather to Josephine and Evan, Doug and his family are at home in Fort Collins, Colorado. A past investment and trust advisor, his experience includes public markets, direct investments, banking, venture, deal sourcing and syndication. In addition, Doug has served on several boards and commissions primarily focused on education and economic development. -

James Iacino is Chair of Denver 06. Iacino has deep ties in the peer learning environment having been a Member with Vistage for 7 years, YPO for 8 years, and a Member of TIGER 21 for 5 years before moving into the Chair role. He is the former owner, chairman, and CEO of Seattle Fish Company, a business born and raised in Colorado since 1918. Iacino was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Colorado State University’s Graduate of the Last Decade in 2016. He served as chairman of the No Kid Hungry Colorado Leadership Council and past president of the Colorado Children’s Chorale Board of Trustees. Iacino is the co-founder and past chairman of the Green and Gold Foundation, benefiting Colorado State University, his Alma Mater. He is a passionate aviator, fly fisherman, and world traveler. James and his wife Meghan live in Ridgway with their two sons, Edwin and August.
